Train

To reach the apartment by train from Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport, follow the blue train icon signs for Paris. At the ticket vending machine, select the UK flag icon for English. Buy a ticket (currently €11.40) for the RER B train line and keep the ticket for the entire journey. The airport stop is the start of the RER B train to Paris. Transfer from the RER B to the métro line 14 at Châtelet, using the same ticket. Take metro line 14 in the direction of Saint-Ouen. Exit the metro at Pont Cardinet (four stops). Exit onto rue Cardinet and turn right. At the first intersection, take rue Jouffroy d'Abbans (our street) to the apartment.

Taxi/Uber

To take a taxi, follow signs after baggage claim for "taxis" which are on the same level. Taxis are a fixed price of ~55 euros (call it 60 with tip). They should (but not always) accept credit cards.

To take an Uber, use the Uber app. To reach Ubers in Terminal 1 (many national and most international flights), use the elevators after baggage claim to go to floor 3. Exit at door 18-16 for Uber pick up. Uber is slightly cheaper than a taxi.
